As an independent chef, you have an eye for detail, know your flavor profiles, and work with the energy that fits a bustling venue on the Grote Markt. In our open kitchen, you bring the world to the plate: from meticulously organized mise-en-place to plating dishes under pressure.

What will you be doing?

• Working fast and clean: Keeping the kitchen tight, organized, and spotless according to HACCP guidelines.
• Covering ground in the kitchen: Independently preparing, cooking, and plating dishes with precision during busy services.
• Cooking in plain sight: Working in an open kitchen where you showcase your craftsmanship to our guests with focus and energy.
• Innovating and contributing: Actively contributing ideas for new global dishes, menu changes, and smarter ways of working.

Who are we looking for?

• A driven cook with a completed culinary education and/or relevant experience in a high-volume kitchen.
• Someone who can independently run the cold or hot section and stays calm when the ticket printer keeps buzzing.
• A team player with a passion for global flavors and the drive to keep learning.
• A hard worker who loves a fast pace, great atmosphere, and rolling up their sleeves.
• A bridge between the kitchen and front-of-house. To you, the pass isn't a dividing line—it’s where we get the job done together.
