What are you going to do?

• Be visibly present as a host/wife and coach, actively collaborating on the floor and supervising colleagues.
• Be partly responsible for the operational management and coaching of the ministry team.
• Helping with planning and contributing to the development of the team.
• Ensure quality and ensure that all guidelines, such as HACCP, are complied with.

Who are we looking for?

• Someone with at least 6 years of hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in a management position.
• A true culture carrier that inspires, coaches and motivates the team.
• Hospitality is second nature to you and you lead by example.
• You love to organize and have a proactive attitude.
• A stress-resistant approach that gets energy from a restaurant full of guests.

Experience in a similar role is a must.
