As a kitchen assistant

As a kitchen assistant, you are the indispensable engine behind the scenes. You ensure the kitchen stays organized, the prep work is done, and everything is lined up for service. From chopping and portioning fresh ingredients to keeping the dishwashing station running smoothly: thanks to you, the kitchen team can perform at full power. You work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced chefs who are ready to teach you the tricks of the trade.

What are you going to do?

• Assisting with mise-en-place: chopping, portioning, and preparing ingredients.
• Help keeping order and overview: restocking supplies and ensuring everything the chefs need is within arm's reach.
• Working fast and clean: keeping the workspace and dishwashing area organized according to HACCP guidelines.
• Learning on the job: working closely with the chefs and picking up new skills along the way.
